What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India — you pay a small booking amount online (₹500 for orders under ₹30,000 or ₹1,000 for orders above ₹30,000) and the rest on delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer an easy 7-day replacement policy. If your laptop has any functional defect or doesn't match the description, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as received with all original accessories. Visit our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can use our 7-day replacement policy after delivery. To cancel or change an order, contact us at [email protected] or call 9811100354 as soon as possible.

What does certified refurbished mean?

Every laptop at EzyRefurb goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection and refurbishment process. This includes hardware testing, cleaning, battery health check, screen inspection, and a fresh installation of genuine Windows 11 or macOS. Each laptop is graded (Grade A or B) based on cosmetic condition and is 100% tested for functionality before shipping.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes! All our refurbished laptops come with a free warranty of up to 12 months. The warranty covers hardware defects including motherboard, RAM, storage, keyboard, trackpad, and ports. It does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, or software issues. Check the warranty details on each product page or visit our Warranty Policy page.

Shipping

Do you ship across India? How long does delivery take?

Yes, we ship to all pin codes across India via our shipping partners Delhivery and Shiprocket. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-4 days. We currently do not ship internationally.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Status page on our website using your order number and email. For any tracking issues, reach out to us at [email protected].
