All products sold by EzyRefurb come with a service warranty of 3 to 12 months, depending on the product and brand.
Warranty Covers:
- Internal hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, SSD, processor, ports, etc.)
- Display issues not caused by accidental or physical damage
- Battery and adapter issues (as per condition mentioned at purchase)
- Performance-related hardware problems
- Manufacturing defects in internal components

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
For any damaged, defective, or wrong product claims:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory
- Video must show:

- Opening process

🔧 Warranty Resolution Options
Based on inspection, we may:
- Repair the device
- Replace faulty parts

📦 Device must be sent to our service center for inspection.
🚚 Logistics charges may be borne by the customer depending on the issue.
