1. General

  • EzyRefurb sells certified refurbished laptops, desktops, and MacBooks.
  • By using our website, you agree to follow our policies including:

  • EzyRefurb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Product Information

  • All devices sold are refurbished, not brand new.
  • Product images are for representation; actual products may have minor cosmetic variations.
  • Each device undergoes:
  1. 40+ quality checks
  2. Professional refurbishment
  3. Hardware testing
  4. OS installation
  • Specifications mentioned on the product page are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Pricing may change without prior notice.
  • We accept:
  1. UPI
  2. Debit/Credit Cards
  3. Net Banking
  4. Wallets
  5. COD (if available for your location)
  • Any fraudulent transaction attempt may lead to order cancellation.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
  • Orders may be cancelled if:
  1. The product is out of stock
  2. Delivery location is non-serviceable
  3. Incorrect/incomplete address is provided
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified directly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Pan-India delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 working days, depending on the pin code.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier partners are not under our control.

6. Warranty

  • All devices come with 3–12 months warranty depending on the product.
  • Warranty applies only to internal hardware issues.
  • Physical or accidental damage is not covered.

7. Return & Refund Policy

You may return your device under the following conditions:

  • Device is defective, damaged, or not working
  • Wrong product delivered
  • You applied for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Device is in unused condition with original packaging & invoice

Refund will be processed after inspection by our technical team.
A restocking fee may apply as per policy.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse website content
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Use the website for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to breach website security

Any misuse may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

EzyRefurb is not responsible for:

  • Loss caused due to misuse of the device
  • Data loss from customer’s personal storage
  • Damage after delivery
  • Delays caused by courier partners

Always backup your data before sending the device for repair or return.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, images, product descriptions, brand names (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ThinkPad, MacBook, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
  • EzyRefurb uses them only for identification and reference under fair-use guidelines.
