5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Pan-India delivery.

Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 working days, depending on the pin code.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Delays caused by courier partners are not under our control.
6. Warranty

All devices come with 3–12 months warranty depending on the product.

Warranty applies only to internal hardware issues.

Physical or accidental damage is not covered.

7. Return & Refund Policy
You may return your device under the following conditions:

Device is defective, damaged, or not working

Wrong product delivered

You applied for return within 7 days of delivery

Device is in unused condition with original packaging & invoice
Refund will be processed after inspection by our technical team.
A restocking fee may apply as per policy.
8. Use of Website

- All logos, images, product descriptions, brand names (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ThinkPad, MacBook, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
- EzyRefurb uses them only for identification and reference under fair-use guidelines.
