Refund and Return Policy for Refurbished Laptops
At ezyRefurb, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for all refurbished devices purchased from our website.
1. Warranty Coverage
- All ezyRefurb certified refurbished laptops come with 3 to 12 months warranty, depending on the product.
- Warranty covers technical/service-related issues only.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video 📹 (Important)
To ensure a smooth return or replacement process:
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening the box
- Product condition and accessories
If the product is:
- Damaged
- Broken
- Defective
- Wrong item received
👉 You must share the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, claims for damage, missing items, or wrong products will not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The device arrives damaged
- The device is defective
- The wrong product is delivered
- The device is not working properly on arrival
4. Change of Mind / Not Liking the Device
If you wish to return the device because it does not meet your expectations:
- Return request must be made within 7 days
- The device must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original box, invoice, and all accessories
🔹 A 10% restocking fee will be charged for change-of-mind returns.
5. Condition Required for All Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Device must be unused (only basic testing allowed)
- Must include:
- Original box
- Invoice
- Charger and all accessories
- Physical condition must be the same as delivered
❌ Devices showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
6. Return Process Options
A. Return at ezyRefurb Office
- Contact customer support within 7 days
- Visit our office/facility
- Original invoice is mandatory
B. Courier Return / Pickup
- Pickup will be arranged if serviceable in your area
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
- 10% restocking fee applies
- Courier Airway Bill will be shared as pickup proof
7. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after inspection by our technical team and confirmation that:
- Device is unused
- Condition matches original shipment
- All accessories and invoice are included
Refund Timeline
- Refund initiation: Within 7 working days after inspection
- Refund credit: 7–15 working days, depending on bank/payment provider
Mode of Refund
- Bank Transfer / UPI (preferred)
- Refund will be issued only to the original customer mentioned on the invoice
8. 100% Refund Cases
You are eligible for a full 100% refund if:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Device is defective out of the box
- Wrong item delivered
- And replacement is not possible
9. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Physical or liquid damage after delivery
- Device used beyond basic testing
- Missing accessories or invoice
- Seals broken or product tampered with
10. Order Cancellation Policy
ezyRefurb may cancel an order if:
- Product is out of stock
- Delivery location is non-serviceable
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Payment-related issues
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded as per our refund process.
11. Facing an Issue?
