EzyRefurb Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
EzyRefurb offers Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option for eligible orders. To ensure smooth processing and fair usage, please review the following terms and conditions carefully before choosing COD at checkout.
1. COD Availability
- COD is available only for orders valued below ₹35,000.
- COD service is limited to select locations, depending on courier partner coverage and serviceability.
2. Discounts
- No discounts are applicable on COD orders.
- Requests for additional offers or price reductions on COD purchases will not be accepted.
3. Advance Shipping Charges (5% Payment)
- Customers must pay 5% of the total order value in advance at checkout via online payment.
- This advance amount covers part of the delivery cost and ensures smooth order processing.
- The remaining payable amount will be collected as COD by the delivery executive upon product delivery.
4. Payment Terms
- The 5% advance payment must be made using online payment methods on the EzyRefurb payment gateway.
- The remaining balance (COD amount) must be paid in full at the time of delivery to the courier executive.
5. Order Confirmation
- Orders will be processed and confirmed only after:
- Successful receipt of the 5% advance payment
- Verification of shipping address
- Confirmation of product availability
6. Reserved Charges (5% COD Commitment Amount)
- The 5% advance is considered a reserved COD commitment charge.
- EzyRefurb reserves the right to claim or retain this amount if:
- The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason
- The customer fails to pay the remaining COD amount at the time of delivery
- This is to prevent misuse of COD services and logistics losses.

8. Return Policy
- Customers may return the product within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied.
- EzyRefurb will arrange the pickup for approved returns.

By selecting Cash on Delivery at checkout, the customer agrees to follow all the terms and conditions listed in this policy.
10. Can a Customer Refuse a COD Delivery?
Valid Reasons for Refusal
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is delivered in damaged condition
In such cases, the customer should inform the delivery executive immediately and refuse the package.
Invalid Reasons for Refusal
- Refusing the order for any other reason—including false claims of wrong product delivery or change of mind—will be considered a serious violation of COD terms.
EzyRefurb reserves the right to deny future COD services to customers who misuse the COD option.
