EzyRefurb Replacement Policy

At EzyRefurb, we are committed to delivering thoroughly tested and quality-assured refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories. Every product undergoes a multi-stage inspection process before dispatch. However, in the rare event of verified hardware or configuration issues, we offer a fair and transparent 7-day replacement policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement if any of the following issues are reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • The product has a hardware defect or a major functional issue that affects normal performance.
  • There is a configuration mismatch, such as incorrect RAM, storage capacity, processor model, or any specification differing from the product listing.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was described or promised by the EzyRefurb team.

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

Cosmetic differences or minor signs of previous use (e.g., light scratches, faded keys) do not qualify for replacement.

Replacement Process

1. Raise a Request

Contact our support team within 7 days via the Return & Exchange Form or by email at [email protected].

Please attach clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.

2. Approval & Pickup

Once the issue is reviewed and validated, our team will provide pickup or shipping instructions.

Customers may:

  • Ship the product themselves, or
  • Request a pickup (available in select locations)

3. Inspection

After the product is received, EzyRefurb’s technical experts will perform a detailed inspection to verify the reported issue.

4. Replacement Dispatch

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement with the same model and configuration will be dispatched within 4–6 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.

5. Alternate Options

If the exact model or configuration is unavailable, customers may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement with equal or higher specifications, or
  • A refund as per EzyRefurb’s Return Policy

Your preferred option will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch.

Accessory Replacement

If the issue is limited to an accessory (such as charger, adapter, or bag), EzyRefurb will replace only the faulty accessory, not the complete product.

Replacement accessories may be original or compatible, depending on availability.

Transit & Handling Charges

• For verified and approved replacement cases, EzyRefurb covers all pickup and replacement shipping costs.

• If the product is found to be fully functional or does not meet replacement eligibility criteria, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • All replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • Products must be returned in the same physical condition as received, without tampering or missing components.
  • Replacement requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • EzyRefurb reserves the right to approve or reject replacement claims after full inspection.
